For us, there is a distinct difference between boundaries and rules.
Boundaries can be revisited and sometimes in the moment, where as a rule doesn’t change.
For example, We have a no watersports rule. You can ask because people need to find out the limits but it’ll always be a hard no from us both.
A boundary of ours would be anal, it used to be no anal on a meet from anyone including me her husband and that would be between us, but she then wanted to try DP so we talked about it and moved the boundary and she loved it… now the boundary is if we’re going to do DP I’m the one who does anal with her. I suspect this is a boundary that will evolve again in the future. |

I'm not married, so maybe that's why I'm unwilling to break my boundaries for anyone.
Perfectly happy to allow boundaries to change and evolve over time with my partners. As long as the communication is there we're all good 💜 |

I would have thought a decent person is going to respect anyone's boundaries as long as they've been made clear. There is a lot of overstepping in all walks of life though |
