Not sure why he is asking this question whether its for medical reasons or recreational reasons, or maybe hes going to sell them behind the bar at his swingers club.
I only know about cialis. A few months before jay had his triple bypass they put him on some medication and although he could still get an erection it was hard to maintain.
Cialis is prescribed by the doctor but you have to pay for it, think they used to come 8 tablets at a time and where about £54. All you had to do was take one tablet minimum 30 minutes before sex. It wasnt like viagra where you got instant hard on, it was just like having sex any other time you had to get turned on to get hard. Would work for up to 36hrs per tablet. No headaches ect. In fact noone would need to know you took it. Hes not had them since a couple of months after his op. |

Lol We don't either but it seems to be the norm to chuck a tablet down before play these days whether you need it or not

Agree, if there is a legitimate medical reason thats different - I'd probably utilise a lolly stick as a splint! Sorry, shouldn't make light of it! Z |

My guy has tried cialis and it is exactly like diamondsmiles has stated above, you do have to be turned on to get an erection but it stayed hard longer and he has lots of erections.
Whilst he doesnt really need to take this, as he doesnt have erectile dysfunction, he is like most men, when youve been playing in a club for hours, it does takes it toll, especially on a guy in his late 40s. I wasnt bothered whether he took it or not, but he was sometimes a little embarrassed that it was taking a while to get hard if he had had sex etc. He wanted to stand to attention if a woman happened to touch him in the jacuzzi and sometimes this didnt happen at the end of the night. He doesnt have to take it, but he finds it gives him confidence. |

I use Sasha (not available on prescription but obtainable locally)

Because i'm diabetic, I can get prescribed Viagra (sildenafil), but was talking to a nurse recently who advised me to ask about Tadalafil (better known as Cialis), as it works for longer and is actually cheaper for the NHS to supply.
Will be speaking to my Doctor next time I see him. |

Kamagra and cialis work in completely different ways ...
Kamagra basically raises the blood pressure to a level where an erection is achieved but this level of blood pressure more often than not causes the taker to suffer a severe headache!
Cialis targets the receptors in the brain responsible for telling your 'bits' that you are aroused and need to form an erection hence the need for some stimulation before cialis works .. the huge plus though is the lack of headache

I personally used Levitra 10 mg, which is the smallest dose. You can take levitra with the alcohol, which is great. I literally drank a small bottle of JAck Daniels that night, I was about to pass out then I started kissing my f buddy and I got a great hard on and we had sex two time. I was fully erected in both. |

I also have to take Levitra. Because I`m on blood pressure tablets, I cannot take viagra for my erectile dysfunction as the viagra amplifys the effect of the blood pressure tablets with possibly fatal results. I get my tablets by private prescription from my GP, on repeat prescription along with the rest of my medication. I pay around £20 for four tablets, which is about 1/4 of the price I was paying online for them! |

An 'online examination' !!!! wtf is that all about ? They ask you a couple of questions, you give them the answers that you think they want to hear and hey presto a bag of pills pop through your letterbox afew days later.
The 'online examination' is bollox, no more than a disclaimer which in the event that their pills kill you, they can fall back on and say that they asked you all the right questions.
There is no way on Gods earth that I would take any medication unless it was prescribed by my own GP and sometimes even then you're taking a chance |

Before I was getting my Levitra from the GP, I got mine online from a UK based company. I was totally truthfull about my condition with them, being aware of the problems with my medication. They sent me several e.mails to clarify the position before they were happy to supply me, so not all online suppliers are sharks! Well, apart from charging me £80 for the same tablets I get for £20 from my GP. |

If you decide to go down the Kamagra route then I would be VERY careful where you get it from, a lot of websites will be happy to take your money and send you nothing in return, I know of a lot of people who have tried this and lost money.
Kamagra works but can cause headaches, the best is the gel as it gets into your system a lot quicker than tablets. Basically, put the gel in your mouth (some guys actually think you rub it on your cock...) then swirl it around your gums and under your tongue for around 30 seconds then swallow the lot.
The next part is important -- Have a couple of glasses of water, this usually prevents any headaches and makes sure you'll be good to go without a pounding (the head in yr shoulders that is...)

I use tadora and tadacip tadalafils,generic cialis.I will not touch cialis or viagra as there are so many copies fakes being sold off websites now.So if someone offers viagra and cialis cheap then its only chinese copies.They do work but only for a few hours unlike the real stuff can last for 24- 48 hrs.god knows what else is in them.If you buy the generic tadacip or tadora from india then they will be the real deal as the chinese have not got into the india market yet.Its always best to buy from a reliable source.If your unsure then just buy a small ammount first to try. |

lots of bullshit on the net about fake viagra (kamagra) mostly down to pfizer protecting its product yet as soon as its licence is up all drs in the uk will be giving out kamagra its available in most countries already so kamagra is a brand worldwide that scare the fat pockets of pfizer (viagra) and yes there are fake kamagra but if you buy from the right place then your ok |

In my younger days i used to sell Kamagra to reps in Ibiza
But for me it's got to be Cialis every time if I had to pick one and no headache plus why not take one when you realy need one for me I would pop one if I was meeting up for sex just so I would not disappoint.
Also why not use it you would pop a pill for everything els in life like headaches or pain |

 I have talked about "calis" elsewhere which i used when i was not to well and lost my mojo - i got my on prescription and they cost circa £30 and really worked over a 24/36 hours period or for as long as you was being sexually stimulated; never used anything else so cant comment on their effectiveness  |

Tried kamagra and it did not work for me, did not even get a headache lol.
Get the real viagra now and its great. can be hard again in a few mins if needed. instead of having to wait half hour or so
