Anyone else thinking of heading to Sexpo this year? Not sure if it's Erotica rebranded or a completely new show
Miss the old days of a decent shopping and show experience at Olympia ourselves

Its at Olympia, where Erotica held its own shows about 3 years ago. It was a large show of performances, shopping, meeting, people use to make efforts in dressing up (was always an interesting tube ride from Earls Court)
Erotica disappeared 2 years ago and it appears that Sexpo has now come along. Its on over the second full weekend in November |

Wondering if it might still be early days .... Erotica had a strong link with TG for performances during the show and parties afterwards.
Might just all have to arrange a meet up somewhere. We are going on Saturday and staying overnight near Hendon lol |

In the old days of Erotica, the two busiest places were the pub or Olympia Hilton.
The Hilton used to be fully booked about 6 months before the show...
From what I have read the only thing the two shows have in common is the venue... |

Tickets are available for the after party just don't seem to be able to see any information on what the after party actually is? As in, what am I getting for my ticket?! |

Unfortunately I can't go, Frisky wouldn't mind going but she's not brave enough to go without me...
She's using lack of child care as her excuse...
So looks like we will be giving it a try next year if it gets good reviews... |

We are not familiar with travelling by tube as hardly been to London. Is it a walking distance from Earls Court? |

Sadly we will be in Amsterdam that weekend
Seems to be Erotica rebranded, just hope the organisers (if they are the same) do a better job than the last Erotica at tobacco dock which wasn't the best. Bring back the Erotica of a few years ago.

Woohoo, made some big weekend plans - off to London! We're not going to make it to Sexpo, but just thought we'd check in here to say that we'll def be going to Le Boudoir on Saturday night. If you see us, say hi!

The Battle of Lewes was one of two main battles of the conflict known as the Second Barons' War. It took place at Lewes in Sussex, on 14 May 1264. It marked the high point of the career of Simon de Montfort, 6th Earl of Leicester, and made him the "uncrowned King of England". Not long now guys! So excited! What is everyones plan? We have after party tickets at mode and thinking of visiting the hand and flower for a few warm up drinks. But then there is le boudoir and platinum lace to consider! There isnt going to be enough hours in the day to do everything! What is the best action plan would you say? x |

Literally just had an email from Sexpo with a discount code for tickets, and I've been able to visit the Ticketmaster page and find available tickets.

To all you sexy people going to sexpo this weekend have a fantastic time, we have our tickets booked for next year as can't attend this year. Would appreciate any feedback on the event as in what to wear for next year and what the after parties were like xx |

It's not as if it's a swinging event, just treat it as the ideal home exhibition but for the adult industry, if you should bump into anyone that's a bonus |

Tempted to go on the Saturday or Sunday but im known to feel shy and self concious on my own hence never been to a club. I know this ones a first but similar exhibitions, how in your face are they? And does everyone dress up? Im not looking to pull, just curious about the expo.  |

You can just be yourself there. No need to dress up although a few people will. You can just blend in and just enjoy the sights and sounds around you. And maybe even do a bit of shopping. |

When we first started going to Erotica, Frisky went in jeans and a sweatshirt. Later on she was wearing a skirt with a long split and a lot of cleavage on show...
However what ever you wear will be fine as there will be someone tamer than you and someone more daring...

You're far more experienced than myself and my OH are but we enjoyed it. Second main stage show was great. Was less keen on the burlesque dancers from the afternoon show. It was just enough for us, although we thought the venue needs to have a suggestion of seediness and low-lit corners. Tobacco Docks is good for that but not Olympia.
And we spent too much money!  |

We were there yesterday. Shame we didn't get to meet anyone although we were supposed to.
We found whole event far too cheesy. Tickets were well overpriced comparing to the quality of the shows and general entertainment. Hopefully it will get better with time. We won't be coming back next year.
If you know of any website we could leave the feedback for the organisers of the event please let us know. We have heads full of ideas and suggestions. |

You can get in touch with this guy: Lee Schofield. Email is lee at sexpo dot co dot uk. He is one of the organisers. He helped us out while we were planning to go and answered a few questions. He was really helpful.

Many of the comments here re. food and drink prices etc. will not be anything to do with the event organisers.
This will be the sole preserve of the venue itself, who will provide all their own staff for this too.
Unfortunately food and drink at any exhibition centre is always overpriced and usually not the best! |
