Yes, my weight loss/ aesthetic goals are secondary, possibly even less important than that.
I set goals around function, pain and suffering reduction, and things to achieve. These have been intertwined for a long time but are becoming less so now. Outside of work on injury, it's very much, look at a set, see if I can master it and increase it, with a broader medium to long term goal associated with it.
