Probably been asked a million times before. But what do people do to prevent the old premature ejaculation?
Is there anything herbal out there?

There are some practical thing for it.
One is to build up the pelvic floor muscles, which can be done by clenching as though trying to hold back a fart or stopping a piss in mid-stream. You clench for, say, 10 seconds and repeat 10 times.

I think the antidepressant you are refering to is Imapramine 10mg.
It has many uses. It will not work as an antidepressant in such a low dose. But be ware, it can cause problems with maintaining an erection |
