Probably been asked a million times before. But what do people do to prevent the old premature ejaculation?
Is there anything herbal out there?
Having an old Tom Tank prior to the main job might not be the answer as with the age related problem of recovery time and labido levels.

Not a problem I’ve had for many years but I know there’s sprays out there that numb you or you could use the thickest condom you can buy.
I remember once I was given a viagra type pill that had an ingredient that stopped prem ejaculation. Problems was I was exhausted by the time I finally came lol! |

Kegel exercises are meant to work and they are now prescribing medications on men’s heath websites to delay them. I think it’s an antidepressant. |

It's paroxetine, taken 3-4 hrs before sex.

One medical definition is less than one minute of penetration. It’s debated of course. My guess is that an hour would not reasonably count. |

1. Use the spray that numbs the end of your cock but my experience is that if the chemical goes down your tube - it stings like hell for about 30 seconds - but it does work. Also note that I used it when I was very young so I had no problems maintaining an erection.

I've always been concerned about this as i technically am like this when I'm anxious or nervous but if I'm calm and comfortable I can go for a good while.

Train yourself when playing with yourself. Try the squeeze technique to prevent ejaculation when close.
Come, then second session usually lasts longer.
