Totally... Have you tried the batter ones... Crispy coating soooo good.
When I have no bread, I microwave a tin of beans and stick the hot, crispy FFs into that. Eat with a big spoon. |

So the two main components of comfort food for me - carbs and cheese.
Cheese toastie.
Raclette.
Tartiflette.
Baked macaroni cheese.
Cheesecake
Cheese on toast
Fondue
Those baking camemberts you can get with crudites and fresh bread.
A cheeseboard. With wine (yes, wine is a comfort food). |

Ha, I know that feeling so well! Fried dumplings, maybe a bit of macaroni cheese but properly done and seasoned. Minimum 4 because what's the point of half arseing it with 2. And no festivals instead of dumplings.  |

2 to 4 large dumplings you forgot to add , but hell yeah fully seasoned and with Mac and cheese sounds bang on might try it out soon |
