Literally the meal that is breakfast, lunch and/or tea

What’s your favourite cereal and do you buy the branded stuff or the supermarkets own?

I'm boring, I eat porridge oats nearly every day. Add Greek yogurt and mixed berries and seeds.

I eat porridge oats practically every day. I use the Oat Pantry oats to make overnight oats - the lemon drizzle and carrot cake varieties are particularly scrumptious.

Yess as long as they’re honey cheerios. And I put sugar on my C Flakes and love them with hot milk. Oh and mixed with Ready Brek.

Currently branded Frosties, but usually Aldi own crunchy nut cornflakes.

What makes me laugh is the box suggests 12 or 16 servings etc…. That’s a complete lie. 3-4 servings at most 😂

Banana porridge, made with coconut milk and cinnamon.

I must confess I also love Lucky Charms they are magically delicious and if you eat enough of the American version - a mild hallucinogenic.

I usually skip breakfast after I get up. I don't tend to feel hungry until about 3 hours after waking.

Now coffee...that's within 2-3 mins of getting up ! But rarely food.

Transsexual Transylvania

I don't eat breakfast cereal.

I occasionally have oatmeal porridge, if the mood takes me. I recently bought a big bag of Iwisa No.1 maize meal and cooked some for breakfast- now that's the porridge taste of my childhood, along with Maltabella (sorghum meal porridge).

My usual breakfast, when I don't skip it, is tea and toast.
