The answer to your problem is very simple: Become Bisexual.
It's not some dark conspiracy to hurt men. It's simply that so many of the people sending the messages are men. Likewise those who are being the most widely promiscuous are men. And a huge volume of accounts on her are single males (or single males disguise as a couple). This is driven by the nature of society and won't change any time soon.
So pragmatically speaking if you want to change the situation either become bisexual and open your doors to all those horny bi men or become a woman. I suppose you could try and change society to make this a world where women can feel safer and more care free without judgment with the hope that make women act more like men in how they present and execute their promiscuity. But I don't think any of us have the time on this earth to wait for centuries of cultural gender norms to undo themselves to this extent.
