I get it, to a degree, if people are trying to bypass the filters but do the guys who pretend they’re 10 -20 years younger than they are actually think we haven’t noticed?

I've said this on other posts, but There's a bloke on my updates who leaves and returns. He's always lost a few years, so he's either magic, or a big fibber.
I hate lies of any sort and if so_eone lies to bypass my filter, it's a delete.
I think they hope once they've got a meet, people won't say anything about the age discrepancy. |

I laugh quietly to myself when they accidentally out themselves in the forum. Or the guy we met who was busily telling us about his first lads holiday. If his claimed age was correct he'd have been living it up in Ibiza aged 8  |

I don't mind if so_eone is a year or two out because they don't want to put their actual date of birth on here. But when it comes down to deliberate deception regarding preferences or avoiding filters then they can go in the bin 💜 |

I’ve seen a fair bit of this too. But I’m in the weird bracket where it’s mostly 26 year olds with an older woman fantasy or 60 + year olds who wants a younger woman. I’m pretty sure most guys my age want 20 year olds or men haha |

I’ve seen it where they write on their profile that their age is wrong but cannot alter it allegedly. I thought it could be changed once if you got it wrong. Some are definitely way out or they are Peter Pan. |

I understand why people do it - they don't want to be filtered out. Or so_eone once upon a time said they look younger than their age and they blindly cling on to that with the conviction of those in eternal denial.
I don't agree with it.
It's also kind of sad they think they need to. |

I'm around your age, not into 20 year olds they're just kids. I generally aim for 30 something and above. Besides experience is important, I was a virgin till my mid 20s. |

I used to see a guy, I never had sex with him but he worked where I lived so used to pop in and see me on his dinner hour anyway for whatever reason he left.
6 months later I get a message from so_eone, I had no idea who it was. It was him, 10 years younger and different photos. Well I dont know who the hell he thought hed meet |

It's very clear some are way older than they say they are, I know a 'man' who says he is 39 but he looks 59 like how is he gonna explain that when he shows up to a meet, crazy it is
Only recently here I saw a forum thread where the op had his age as 40, he clearly looked 60, like who are they fooling |

What’s the point of lying if you are on here to meet. It will be fairly obvious if large discrepancies if get meet and would not trust people then to play. Yeah get it with those on here who have fantasies. Pity we can’t get them filtered out or sent to other sites. They waste our time for genuine people |

On a previous profile I knocked a good 5 years off my age. Might have even been more. I don't recall anyone recoiling in horror when I met them as I've always had up to date pictures. It doesn't bother me how old so_eone says they are, just look how I expect you to. 🤷♀️ |

Without looking at our profile. If we sent a pic and you had to guess our age. You would probably get it wrong. We were getting changed in a club and a couple who had been playing next to us struck up a conversation and age became the topic. She said I was far off her age limit but would definitely play with us both.

I agree.
There are one or two people that I've been genuinely surprised to find out that they're much older than they look but most of us look the age we are. Clothes and hair can give a younger or older impression but neck and hands will usually give you away. |

Mostly noticed it from women to be honest, we had a social that was an absolute waste of time, between filters and the age lies it was just frustrating, like what do they think they'll gain? A sympathy fuck 🤷♀️

I do snigger to myself when I'm messaged by so_eone who claims to me younger than me, but is obviously at least 10 year older. Do they not realise I socialise with people my own age so kinda know what so_eone my age looks like?
Everyone I know looks their age in real life. On pictures maybe not with filters etc, so it's harder to guage. But I take it if you're in your 40's and your skin looks like a porcelain doll in your photos you've filtered yourself a lot. And I'm going to presume it's because of skin texture. |

I was in a fab chat group in 2018 with a man who claimed to be 55 on his profile but admitted to the group he was actually 58.
That was ok for most as it was only a 3 year difference.
However he left and came back a while later and he was now 50 on his profile and 48 on a couples profile he set up shortly after.
His most recent creation that I've seen says that he is 52 but if he was being honest in the chat group he would be 65 now and having met him at a group social once I would say even that is generous.
I've seen a woman's profile on here with hundreds of verifications claiming to be in her late 40s.
She was pointed out to me at a social once and while I am very lucky to have good genes she was obviously much older than I am. |

When we had a couple profile we had one guy claim to be much older than he was. When we met him it was very clear he was no where near age claimed. My wife sent him on his way for lying. It’s one of the reasons she is no longer on this site sadly |

The Missus and I aren't concerned about age - it's just a case of being able to deliver the goods.
The problem we have with so_eone being dishonest about their age is that lying seldom happens in isolation -they're probably bullshitting about sexual function, safe-sex, etc. |

I've been told a few times that I look better than my pics and I look in my 40's but I haven't changed my age to that still!
I just try to keep in good shape and look after myself.

When I look at some people's profiles and compare them to the age stated, I often think to myself "you must have had a really hard life". It's not always possible to tell whether so_eone is lying or not, and I know some people are lucky enough to look younger than their age. But that's not very often the case.

Our first ever couples meet almost put us of this world for good. They were a clear 10 years older than their profile suggested. I get a year or two, to possibly hide your identity etc, but a decade is mental.

People on here have been fibbing about their age for the longest time. That being on both ends of the spectrum, knocking a few years off or adding a few years or on for one reason or another.
Never understood it personally, not going to lie about something like that just in the hope of getting my end away. Would rather connect with those who have no problem with my age. |

Yes exactly, I also know a guy who claims he looks mid 30s, He doesn't, He looks every day of 52 cos I've cam chatted with him, He is totally disillusioned & it's actually put me off him.

Second guy I met on here (when I was 20) told me he was 36. We had sent face pics and video chatted and he looked older but knowing what he did for a living, I just thought he had a hard life
Wasn’t until after we slept together he admitted he was 50
