"Pork Pies vs Sausage Rolls.

Remember good folks, the very fate of our universe rests in your hands so choose carefully…."

This is a really important life issue and can't be answered without great thought and analysis.......

Okay I thought ....... ANYDAY of the week i'd take a Satterthwaites pork pie over a Greggs greasy roll ........ and Greggs greasy rolls are tasty enough but they are not a Satterthwaites pork pie.. !

So ..uhmmmmm Pie.

Durham

I would say sausage rolls are generally better, but I have had a pork pie that beats any sausage roll hands down. Pork and Black Pudding pie from County Durham chain of butchers Taylors for those who are interested.

a Melton Mowbray pork pie it is then... dijon on the plate not the pie ..

pie cut into quarters.

butter knife used to sparingly apply dijon.

residue dijon to flavour the troubsome thick outer crust in a mock up action.

The flavour to them comes from what ever you add to them so what is the point of the pancake? To have something bland with your meal?

Somewhere In The Ether…

A daft question…..what’s the difference between a crepe and a thin pancake? Is it the fruit added? (I’m a culinary philistine I’m afraid) 🫢😭

No one likes the jelly!!

Just don't put a creme egg in it and it'll be fine.

"They say your cum tastes of what you eat. So if I stuffed my face with creme eggs for weeks, I wonder if _earditall would give me a BJ? 🤔

I'll eat the creme eggs you can tell me if it's true I'm selfish "

You didn't need the elaborate creme egg ruse, I'd do you that honour happily 😉 🤣

Difference don't matter, they're both shite. Rather have a freshly baked scone with clotted cream and jam... 🤤

South of the Watford Gap

I'm not advocating this - and I'm not going to try given that Creme Eggs are vile - but along the lines of a deep fried Mars Bar, Scotch Creme Egg anyone??

your bed (well...soon)

I enjoy both, but I think Sausage Roll outweighs the pork pie by quite the margin in all fairness!
