I have a few fears.
Heights
Airplanes
Lifts - I always use the stairs
Being burned alive - I'm not a witch, I promise 
Demonic brunettes smiling in the dark (if you've seen the horror film 'Smile' you know what I'm talking about)
Slimey aliens that want to put their tentacles in my mouth

I judge a lot of areas on what they were like to visit as a football fan. Luton was surprisingly spicy, with lots of locals looking for trouble. I was only there following a local non-league team in the early rounds of the FA Cup. |

Super glue. Once burnt a hole in the carpet with it. Ruined a new pair of jeans. Glued my fingers together. Tried to repair the rubber heels of an old pair of shoes without success and the fumes can be overwhelming. You buy it to solve one problem and end up creating a dozen more.

Moths morbid fear. Little known fact based on experience they only have one in the house, to do a recce of the place, then soon more arrive after.
Folk say they are harmless, they can get through clothes thats enough for me.
If there is a moth in my house i get neighbour to come sort it. |

Snakes & Reptiles
Big fish - small ones are cool
Flocks of birds - a couple or a handful are fine
Being locked in anywhere
Not being in control - eg being the passenger, not the driver
Being burgled
Lots of people - especially where drink and high spirits are involved concerts, crowded bars etc are terrifying to me

Oh, open water scares me as well."
Get a cat! The smell will dissappear pretty quick. |

Birds - pigeons and seagulls in particular
And probably loads more ..I'm a wimp "

After having kids, I would say I’m not scared of spiders, creepy crawlies, etc. I’ll avoid them if I can but have had to show no fear in front of them so they don’t fear them. Not great having to pick up a big ass spider with your bare hands but has to be done.
My fears now are more around parental typical fears |
