To have for the rest of your life, what would it be? The only parameter is it has to be something you typically see on a restaurant menu of any cuisine so things like chocolate bars, biscuits, every day grocery items are excluded.

Yeah STP is up there, but it can be a bit sickly and not sure it wouldn't get too overwhelming eventually with all the sweetness if it was the only desert I could have.

Sticky toffee pudding -IMO the real thing is made using the Delia Smith recipe, which is the one I've always used at home. The ones I've had in restaurants are nowhere near as light as the Delia ones -so much UK 'restaurant' food is actually created in a factory somewhere else.
