I tend to under-indulge these days.
On the rare occasion I buy a bar of chocolate, I'll only have 4 squares of it at a time - that bar lasts 3 or 4 days.
Last night I went to a gig, had a drink, then a friend offered to get me another. I refused, as one was enough. |

Not knocking your self control but, bars of chocolate have all shrunk, the bar you have declined would have been 10p years ago and gobbled up in seconds, at least if I was near it |

"Ive just literally ate almost half of a cadburys biscoff bar (the giant one) i feel sick and ashamed of myself "
I go on and off biscoff. Recently had a biscoff ice cream sundae. Half a tonne of ice cream, sauce and biscoff biscuits. Felt like I was gonna throw up half way through, still ate it all. |

I don’t have one.
I hate my life. I’m not crying though.
[sniff] "

This is the one were its 99% chocolate with bits of biscoff pieces in it. I bought another one were it was literally like a dairy milk caramel but with biscoff instead and that made me feel sick it was too much but yeah i still eat it all too 🙈 |

"One whole packet of chocolate angel delight.
Without even making it into a pudding. You just tore open the sachet and downed the lot. You filthy animal."
Think that's likely to be an improvement.
Undiluted jelly bars are also better than jelly! 😂 |

"Can you, or do you overindulge?
Eaten that family sized bag of crisps to yourself?
A whole packets of biscuits?
Playing with your winky?
What was the last thing you overindulged on?"
Chocolate brownies.
Smashed in a pack of 4!
I can’t help it, if I want something I have to have it! |

"I had an almost full tube of Pringles Sour Cream and Onion the other day. I say almost because my daughter opened it and then went to bed, what other options did I really have then? "
This is something I've done many times and then I wonder why I'm so bloated later on and why my blood sugar has gone up! That said they seem to have changed the flavouring a bit. Salt and vinegar, and prawn cocktail used to be rip your taste buds off strong and they just aren't the same anymore. |

I'm too much of an all or nothing person. I don't do something at all or I'll go overboard. Some days I barely eat anything, then others I binge on crisps.
I need to overindulge on sex instead if I can find the right partner in crime. |

"A bottle of wine, just one glass? It goes off you know, can't leave it open."
There should be no such thing as one glass/drink, it’s either totally shitfaced steaming d*unk or no alcohol, there no inbetween |

"Used to be chocolate etc and have swapped it for diet cola instead. I really do need to cut it down
I always have cans of diet in the fridge, I can't function without it! "
I am at that level also 😂 |

I'm fairly disciplined these days. The only thing I overindulge in would be dessert, sometimes. I might have an extra slice or an extra piece of chocolate.
Last thing I overindulged in was a jug of mango milkshake and a bounty. I was supposed to have only one. 3 glasses and a chocolate later... |

"Cadbury’s giant chocolate buttons…. I might leave you one or two if you’re lucky.
The giant ones taste so much nicer that the normal size ones!
Buttons I mean. "
I love the big buttons, a pack can be demolished in 5 minutes 😆 |

They are so good 🤤 when I’m not eating them in actual handfuls, I like to put two back to back so they’re even chunkier 😋 |

Do you lick them to make them stick together first? |

Costco chocolate donuts
The way my mind works is thus:
Seeing as I've not had a glass of wine in the past 2 months & eating (relatively) healthier, I deserve the occasional treat
Sadly, the wigs at Costco don't seem to understand that putting 24 chocolate coated donuts in ONE box does not bode well for said diet
I can gorge myself on 4, one after the other, but after telling myself off for having absofuckinglutely no self control, I end up scoffing another 4
They taste even better washed down with a pint of Bass
Oddly, I've still lost half a stone over the past 3 months
Maybe they're them thar 'slimmin' donuts'... |

Whenever i eat a bag of crisps I ALWAYS HAVE TO follow them up with a bar of chocolate..!
I don't know why i have always done this, it is some sort of weird compulsive ritual I have... I no longer keep bags of crisps in the cupboard (figured it would be better for my figure just eating the chocolate).
Does anyone else do this or is it just me? Lol |

yeah i used to be terrible for eating far too much junk food, could chuck down several bags of crisps at a time without a breath.
can get away with it a bit more after losing loads of weight, building a teeny bit of muscle and continuing to train daily |

A handful of Minstrels for me 👍
Stuff them in, let melt in mouth, and crunch 😋 |
