Not me.
In my early days my wife went on a social with a guy who lived local. She decided to go back with him to his place, just for a coffee and a chat.
It was very clear when they got to his house that he wanted for more and didn't like taking no for an answer. Luckily she managed to push him off and leave.
It was in our very early days.....it was a very valuable lesson. |

My very first fab meet just over 10 years ago was scary for various reasons.
Met a woman socially twice and decided that the third time would be at an hotel.
Shortly after getting undressed she punched me full on in the face without warning.
When I asked wtaf she said it was her kink to have me retaliate and she hadn't mentioned it before in case I didn't turn up.
Told her she had picked the wrong guy to pull shit like that on and I got dressed to leave.
She begged me to stay and apologised over and over so I stupidly didn't walk out.
An hour later as I walked out of the bathroom she had hidden herself to one side of the door and drove her knee into my balls.
I told her she was a fruit loop, got dressed and left at that point even though it was my hotel room and I had paid for it.
I left fab a couple of days later thinking everyone here was like her.
I wasn't physically intimidated and I would never have retaliated but it was scary to think of what could have happened if she had decided to spin the story a different way to the authorities.
For that reason I don't meet without weeks and months of conversations and lots of questions. |

We only had one social and the guy turned nasty very quickly when he realised he was not getting what he wanted and demanded we paid for the hotel room he had booked without our knowledge,told him in no uncertain terms where to get off and left.
we now only ever meet in clubs. |

We feel much safer only playing in clubs, also there is the bonus of if you have a meet arranged and they don’t turn up, or you don’t click, there are always other options available |

Never has anything happen that was nasty. Just one meet that was a relief that never went further. Had a regular venue at a barn & i was asked to attend for a mmmf. Couple were late arriving & when they did they burst into the farmyard in a VW camper. Hubby got out then his wife who I can best describe as the honey monster. 6' plus big ginger hair & built like a brick shithouse. Thankfully she said to him don't like it here & off they went. Me & the lads spent a very pleasant hour in the pub supping a pint saying what a lucky escape we all had. |

We have a meet with a couple that was hard work.
We met first for a social and all got on really well.
We sorted a hotel room and late dinner with lots of time for play.
It was obvious from the get go she was unsure and coerced by her hubby into the meet.

Met a couple.in a pub as agreed.

A few years ago I agreed to meet a younger couple at there house. Everything was going great as we sat chatting in the lounge. We then moved into the bedroom and started to have some fun. Then he got really jealous and they started arguing. I just got dressed and left. Wasn’t in the car two minutes when she called and asked me to come back I said no thanks never heard from them again and they left fab the next day. Lucky escape I think |

4 years on here and my only bad experience was because I was new and incredibly nieve.
We've had more strange encounters in clubs with people being d*unk or couples arguing.
Don't rush the process with new people, take things slow as that way people often show their true colours before anything happens.

Had a few moments over the years, although little that has left me scared.
Once at a small party, 3 couples and myself, held in the home bar (converted garage) of one of the couples, all having a few drinks and enjoying the vibe. This moved into all having some great sex in the bar, but got too much for hubby of one couple who just upped and left got in the car and drove off leaving his wife behind, she was mid spitroast at the time so was a good 30 mins before realised what had happened.
Worse position I’ve felt in though was meeting a couple at their house, welcomed in and a drink in their conservatory, quickly clocked something was slightly off with mrs. Mr claimed she’s just shy, but speaking with her was clear she was high as a kite, promptly left before mr came back in the room |

Have had one go downhill rapidly.. literally..
In a hotel room in chingford having a truly amazing time when suddenly the bed parted like moses had appeared and we both disappeared into a gaping chasm..
Transpires the double bed was two singles pushed together.
Trapped between two beds and wrapped in blankets, we struggled to escape.
In the fall, I had hit my face and was bleeding profusely from my nose.
By the time we extracted ourselves, we were both covered in my blood, as were the bed sheets; it resembled a murder scene..
Took ages for the bleeding to stop which really dampened the mood..
Not a very auspicious start for my first swinger meet..
Lesson learnt on that day, always check the bed to make sure they are properly secured together..

On my old profile I’d agreed to meet with a ‘couple’.
Turned up at the coffee shop and sat down. Sent a message saying I was there to them and got one back saying they were too. Except there was just me and another bloke in there. He came over and introduced himself. At first I thought fair, he’s making sure I’m not an idiot before I get to meet the Mrs. Apparently, she was on her way.

I have about a year ago. I met a guy and he was so lovely we had coffee then I invited him back to my place. (Nothing happened) lol.

I agree with not rushing things. I'm a slow burn and only meet after month/s of chatting, and meet for a social or two prior to taking things further. I only meet in hotels as I feel safer there than meeting at someone's home. Nothing is infallible but I know that after weeks/months of protracted conversations on WhatsApp/Telegram there is a conversation history where any fantasies or boundaries have been clearly discussed. Due diligence pays dividends.
With that said I'm quite mortified at some of the anecdotes mentioned above. |

As a couple many years ago, before the Internet as such, we agreed to go round their house when we got there the house was horrible exceptionally untidy and they certainly weren’t as described. We had one polite drink and left.

Not a scary meet per se but one where we left after 2 drinks , couple turned up and looked nothing like their pics , she had pretty much no teeth whatsoever. We had a potential scary encounter. We were supposed to meet a couple we’ve meet before at a club but they couldn’t attend but advised their friends (another couple would be there) so we hung out and clearly discussed and agreed everyone’s boundaries
