Never.

Have had a plan to meet someone, that fell through for travel reasons so I met someone closer, but never have I been disrespectful enough to ditch someone for “better”

We have.

We were all set to meet Raven and then Bad nanna messaged to say she was in town and wet for us.

It happens.

We’re all adults, Raven understood.

She even asked for pictures.

Fruity little tart!

Never. If we make plans with people then we would never let them down for to meet someone else. That's a low trick to pull.

We only let people down if there is a very genuine reason why (family, illness, work).

Carlisle usually

One time I hadn't seen someone who matters to me for months, but suddenly an opportunity came up at short notice. So I did ask the person I had plans with that evening (who I'd seen plenty for the previous weeks) if he'd mind postponing.

I don't think I've ever ghosted someone because something 'better' came along 💜

Not quite your scenario OP, but I've had a situation where I had to pick between two people before. I invited them both out last minute for a pint after a planning meeting. Neither lived in Nottingham and TBF, I didn't expect EITHER to be available at such short notice! They both responded "yes, I'll see you there" and I had to choose one to let down. He was understanding and did meet me at a later date, so no harm was done.

All of this I was sorting whilst in my planning meeting, I was not very focused! 🤦‍♀️

The simple solution is meet them both. Book 2 rooms in the same hotel, and keep making excuses why you need to leave the room (grandma died, you need ice, you need to take a huge dump and don't want to disrespect the woman by blocking the room toilet etc). In my experience no woman needs more than 15 minutes of me at a time, so everyone will be happy and no one will suspect a thing

If I agree to meet a guy I will meet him, the second option if he is also someone I want to meet, then make future arrangements with him. If I have been ghosted for 'better' that's just fab, but I would also consider it my lucky escape from a selfish person. Mx

Never done that.

If we're having a meet we post it out there n who ever shows interest we put them in our hotlist n tell them we'll be in touch a day or 2 before the meet if we choose them.

But once we choose someone n chat on the phone then that is it, would never cancel just to replace them with someone else.

"Have planned a meet with someone, then had a message of someone "better" and cancelled your planned meet ? Lol I bet this gets no response "

Never.

We don’t plan meets in advance as they never happen, we arrange on the day we’re looking and meet others who are looking that day. Because of this we could be talking to quite a few people who are interested in meeting but can’t meet them all obviously. So we could be leading people to think we are gonna meet them and not do so, but we’ve never cancelled a meet once arranged.

Nope. If I'm meeting someone it's because I want to meet them specifically, not because I want cock and any cock will do.

When I first signed up here I suspect I was someone's back-up plan on more than one occasion though; kept on the back burner in case nothing better came along on the day and cancelled at very short notice if it did.

Thankfully insisting on a social has changed that.
