"Have planned a meet with someone, then had a message of someone "better" and cancelled your planned meet ? Lol I bet this gets no response "
Never.
Have had a plan to meet someone, that fell through for travel reasons so I met someone closer, but never have I been disrespectful enough to ditch someone for “better” |

We have.
We were all set to meet Raven and then Bad nanna messaged to say she was in town and wet for us.
It happens.
We’re all adults, Raven understood.
She even asked for pictures.
Fruity little tart!

Never. If we make plans with people then we would never let them down for to meet someone else. That's a low trick to pull.
We only let people down if there is a very genuine reason why (family, illness, work). |

One time I hadn't seen someone who matters to me for months, but suddenly an opportunity came up at short notice. So I did ask the person I had plans with that evening (who I'd seen plenty for the previous weeks) if he'd mind postponing.
I don't think I've ever ghosted someone because something 'better' came along 💜 |

I reckon you've got to have integrity...of all the meets I've had (previous profiles too) I've always turned up when i said I would.
You say you are gonna do something, you do it.
It's simple in my world... |

Never.
I've previously mentioned on here that I'm a slow burn. I meet people after weeks...months... I'm not going to undo all that effort, chemistry and due diligence to meet someone else on a whim. |

Well I’ve been let down but personally I’ve never let anyone down for meeting them |

Not my style.
I'm sure it happens and probably happened to me!! But I see it as a lucky escape.
I don't give second chances, ever!!
You should treat people as you wish to be treated in my world.
I rarely meet these days because of game playing, I'm not desperate so I give it a miss unless I'm 100% sure. |

Define “better”, in my eyes that means the person you had planned to meet was never good enough anyway so why even talk to them or set up a meeting |

Ive never done it to anyone and never would do , but before covid I had a regular that did it to me , his reasoning was it's a once in a lifetime offer , and she was way out is league and he couldn't turn it down etc etc etc let's say we parted ways that day haha 😂😂😂😂 |

I have never done that, nor would I.. it's totally disrespectful to the person you'd arranged to meet first. I've had to cancel a couple of times due to ill health but never cancelled for " a better option" |

Oh no. Bad form.
If I plan to meet anyone that is the person I’m going to meet unless they cancel. I would’ve arranged to meet somebody because they excite me. The other person should’ve took a chance first😅 |

Absolutely not! Totally not cool.
If there is someone else we deem to be "better" then we'd schedule them in for another day.
Keeping a close eye on this thread though to make a note of those that do it haha. |

"I've had it done to me and it's a horrible feeling. I wouldn't do it to anyone"
And no, there was no rescheduled meet. If I wasn't good enough at that time I sure as hell won't be good enough the 2nd time |

We're a couple who prefer more than 1 or 2 guys at once. We're send out invites. Always get the last min excusses and lets downs from some. If we see they get a veri from someone else, for the same same day / time as they we're gonna met us, we block them. |

Not quite your scenario OP, but I've had a situation where I had to pick between two people before. I invited them both out last minute for a pint after a planning meeting. Neither lived in Nottingham and TBF, I didn't expect EITHER to be available at such short notice! They both responded "yes, I'll see you there" and I had to choose one to let down. He was understanding and did meet me at a later date, so no harm was done.
All of this I was sorting whilst in my planning meeting, I was not very focused! 🤦♀️ |

The simple solution is meet them both. Book 2 rooms in the same hotel, and keep making excuses why you need to leave the room (grandma died, you need ice, you need to take a huge dump and don't want to disrespect the woman by blocking the room toilet etc). In my experience no woman needs more than 15 minutes of me at a time, so everyone will be happy and no one will suspect a thing |

If I agree to meet a guy I will meet him, the second option if he is also someone I want to meet, then make future arrangements with him. If I have been ghosted for 'better' that's just fab, but I would also consider it my lucky escape from a selfish person. Mx |

Never done it, only time I've cancelled was a time I'd got stuck in traffic for five hours "
Never done it to anyone either. Pretty sure it's been done to me, hence the post lol |

So you were planning in a planning meeting and your plan went tits up. Did the other plan you were planning go to plan? |

I've never done this myself but have had it done to me a few times and not in a honest way, the verifications that popped up after are a giveaway and not just with those who cancelled last minute but also those who didn't even have the courtesy to do that |

Never done that.
If we're having a meet we post it out there n who ever shows interest we put them in our hotlist n tell them we'll be in touch a day or 2 before the meet if we choose them.
But once we choose someone n chat on the phone then that is it, would never cancel just to replace them with someone else. |

We would never do this, if we’ve a meet planned then it’s after a lot of messaging and something we’re looking forward to so there wouldn’t be someone better if that makes sense? Xx
Pretty sure we’ve had someone do this to us though 😄 |

Never.
We don’t plan meets in advance as they never happen, we arrange on the day we’re looking and meet others who are looking that day. Because of this we could be talking to quite a few people who are interested in meeting but can’t meet them all obviously. So we could be leading people to think we are gonna meet them and not do so, but we’ve never cancelled a meet once arranged. |

I have never done that. Even if the second person was someone I really wanted to see. I've actually never stood anyone up or cancelled for any other reason that weather/safety for travelling. I've been cancelled on and I couldn't do it to someone else. |

Have more confidence in your ability to secure a date.
Of course they were both going to say YES!! 🩵 |

Nope. If I'm meeting someone it's because I want to meet them specifically, not because I want cock and any cock will do.
When I first signed up here I suspect I was someone's back-up plan on more than one occasion though; kept on the back burner in case nothing better came along on the day and cancelled at very short notice if it did.
Thankfully insisting on a social has changed that. |

We've not done this but had it done to us, we found out because they put their verification up the following day regarding their meet. They used the excuse that they had to see family, maybe it was true. |
